Game Boy Advance SP protective case: keep an original console scratch-free

A Game Boy Advance SP is more than twenty years old, and it's the original shell that takes the hit first: micro-scratches on the lid, fingernail marks around the screen, plastic dulled by the bag. This clear hard case fits over the existing housing and takes the wear in its place, with a screen protector film for the display. The console stays visible, colour and markings included.

What it does

What it doesn't do

Compatibility

Designed for the Game Boy Advance SP (AGS-001 and AGS-101 models, identical housing). It doesn't fit other machines in the family: not the first-generation Game Boy Advance, the Game Boy Micro, the Game Boy Color or dual-screen consoles. Skill level required

None. No disassembly, no tools, no soldering: the case clips onto the closed console. For the film, clean the screen with a microfibre cloth and apply it in one go, from top to bottom, to avoid bubbles. Allow five minutes, taking your time.
