General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) - Fun-Esports

ARTICLE 1 – Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products concluded by Fun-Esports with non-professional customers on the websitehttps://www.fun-esports.com . The products concerned include, among others: gaming peripherals, controllers, gaming chairs, gaming desks, game consoles, streaming accessories and gaming decorations.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 2 – Price

The prices shown on the website are in Euros, excluding and including all taxes (VAT and VAT inclusive). They include any applicable discounts, but exclude processing, shipping, and delivery fees, which are calculated at checkout.

Invoice : A detailed invoice is provided with each order.

ARTICLE 3 – Orders

The customer selects products onhttps://www.fun-esports.com . Offers are valid while supplies last. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be notified within 7 business days and may cancel the order or replace it with another product of equivalent value.

The sales contract is validated upon full payment of the price.

Order tracking : The customer can track their order directly on the website.

ARTICLE 4 – Payment Terms

Available payment methods include:

  • Bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay

Option to pay in 4 installments via PayPal : available for orders over €30 including VAT.

Option to pay in 3 installments via Klarna: available at the time of ordering

Payments are secured and encrypted by our approved payment service provider.

ARTICLE 5 – Delivery

Products are delivered to mainland France and Belgium within a maximum of 30 days .

Delivery process:

  • In case of delay, the customer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
  • Items must be checked upon receipt; any damage must be reported to the carrier and to Fun-Esports within 5 days .

Delivery restrictions:
Fun-Esports reserves the right to refuse deliveries to certain public places where safety cannot be guaranteed.

Address Responsibility : The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. In case of return due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

ARTICLE 6 – Transfer of Ownership

Ownership is transferred as soon as Fun-Esports validates the order, regardless of the delivery date.

ARTICLE 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, starting from the date of delivery.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging.

  • Returns : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund : Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may use the withdrawal form attached as Appendix I or any other clear statement expressing their intention to withdraw. The form may be sent by post or email to the contact details provided above.

ARTICLE 8 – Seller's Guarantees and Liability

The products are covered by legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity : Defects or non-conformity to the contract.
  • Warranty against hidden defects : Defects rendering the product unusable.

The customer must inform Fun-Esports in writing in case of any defect or non-conformity.

ARTICLE 9 – Personal Data

Data Collection : Personal information is collected for order processing (name, address, email, bank details).

Use of Data : Fun-Esports uses personal data only within the framework of the execution of the contract.

ARTICLE 10 – Intellectual Property

The content of the websitehttps://www.fun-esports.com is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

ARTICLE 11 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law . In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. The customer may also resort to mediation or the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform .
