Fun-Esports Return & Refund Policy
We understand that it's possible to change your mind. For any changes or cancellations to an order that hasn't yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by email at Contact@Fun-Esports.com . Our team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Return Period: 14 Days after Delivery
You have 14 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and return any product that does not suit you, in accordance with French law on the right of withdrawal. This period applies only to returns due to a change of mind. After this period, we will no longer be able to process a refund or exchange for this reason.
For products that are defective or damaged upon delivery, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of receipt to report the defect.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- To be unused and in perfect condition for resale
- Must be in its original, undamaged packaging (including all accessories)
Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return Procedure
To make a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase . Returns must be sent via standard shipping to preserve the original packaging. Any return will be refused if the packaging or the product is damaged.
Note : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns (change of mind). However, for defective or damaged products upon delivery , return shipping costs will be covered by Fun-Esports, subject to validation of the defect.
Order Cancellation
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of confirmation. For any cancellation requests, please contact us promptly at Contact@Fun-Esports.com . If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm its receipt by email and inform you of our decision. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be granted in the following situations:
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or if parts are missing for reasons beyond our control
- If the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery
🔹 Important exceptions :
– Any portable console that has been switched on, configured, used, or shows signs of wear (scratches, installed games, personal data, etc.) will only be eligible for a partial refund , or even a refusal of refund if the condition justifies it.
– The product must be returned with all accessories, instructions, cables, protective materials and original packaging .
– In the event of an incomplete or damaged product , a discount may be applied in accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code.
Return of Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you can request an exchange or a refund . To do so:
- Send us an email to Contact@Fun-Esports.com with your proof of purchase (screenshot of your order confirmation) and a photo of the defective product .
- Indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund .
- The products will be returned to the following address: 2 rue des Chames Dorés, Guichainville.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Fun-Esports if the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns (change of mind). Shipping costs are non-refundable for these returns, and in the event of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
Package Refusal Upon Delivery
If you refuse the package upon delivery, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that refund processing may take several months depending on return and logistics processing times.
If you are returning an item worth more than €75 , we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance . We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without these guarantees.
