Abyssal blue and weathered metal
Nautilus comes up from the depths with his anchor and his battered diving suit: nothing about him shines, it is all corroded, greened over, eaten away by salt. That is where the set starts — abyssal blue, verdigris, plates of weathered metal, a single point of light for the porthole — a dark, textured palette, the opposite of the pastel sets. It settles naturally onto a black or anthracite grey keyboard, extending it rather than cutting across it, and stands out far more on a white case. This is a set for a desk that gets used: worn corners, a marked mousepad, gear that works every day rather than sitting on display.
A dark shade on a desk that gets used
On a dark set, what shows first is fingerprints and the shine of the most-typed keys — and that is where the material counts. PBT is denser than the ABS fitted as standard on most keyboards, and its surface starts from a matte grain. The design itself is applied by dye sublimation (DYE-SUB): under heat the dye penetrates the material rather than being deposited on top, with no raised layer and no edge that could chip. Fitting follows the usual rule: MX cross-stem (Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu), OEM profile row by row, puller supplied, on AZERTY as on QWERTY.
What this set does not protect against
No keycap keeps a keyboard safe: twelve caps dress one area, they do not cover it, and nothing here adds a seal or any waterproofing — a spilled glass remains a keyboard matter, not a keycap one. Keys of a manufacturer-specific width are not covered; a membrane keyboard or one with low-profile scissor keys does not have the MX cross-stem required; a keyboard built in a Cherry, XDA or SA profile will not have the right heights. Since dye-sublimated PBT is opaque, nothing lights up. The Nautilus illustration is a creation inspired by the League of Legends universe, with no connection to the game's publisher.

- Clavier AZERTY ISO : la touche 2U fournie correspond au Retour arrière, pas à la touche Entrée, qui est en L sur un clavier français
- Ne convient pas aux claviers à membrane, aux claviers à touches basses (low profile) ni aux switches à tige propriétaire

Those built on an MX cross-stem — Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh and Outemu. Lift a key: the raised cross is immediately visible on the switch. A membrane keyboard or one with low-profile scissor keys does not work with this kind of cap.
How many keys does the set contain, and which ones?
12 keycaps in standard sizes, with no imposed layout: you choose between the movement block, the ability keys or the function row. Keys of a manufacturer-specific width are not covered.
Does a dark palette show marks more?
Fingerprints show more on dark than on light, that is a fact. Two things limit the damage: PBT starts from a matte grain that catches less light than a glossy surface, and the design sits inside the material, so a dry or barely damp cloth can pass over it without lifting any colour.
Will the set survive a splash on the desk?
The design will: there is no layer sitting on the surface for a drop to lift, because the dye has gone into the plastic. The keyboard will not: these caps provide no waterproofing and change nothing about what happens under the keys.
