Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) - Fun-Esports

These T&Cs apply to all product sales concluded by Fun-Esports with non-professional customers on the website https://www.fun-esports.com. The products concerned include, among others: gaming peripherals, controllers, game consoles, streaming accessories and gaming decor.
By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the T&Cs.

The prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros, excluding and including all taxes (HT and TTC). They include any discounts but exclude handling, dispatch and delivery charges, which are calculated at the time of ordering.
Invoice: A detailed invoice is provided with every order.
The customer selects the products on https://www.fun-esports.com. Offers are valid while stocks last.
If a product is unavailable, or if a lack of conformity, a fault or a technical anomaly is detected by our team during the quality check preceding dispatch, Fun-Esports undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. Fun-Esports reserves the right to cancel the order unilaterally in the customer's interest, in order to spare them from receiving a defective or non-compliant product. In this situation, the order will be refunded in full within 7 working days and the contract will be terminated, without the customer being able to claim any compensation or penalty.
Apart from these specific cases of unavailability or technical fault identified before dispatch, the sales contract is validated as soon as the price is paid in full.

The available payment methods include:
Pay in 4 instalments with PayPal: available for orders over €30 including tax.
Pay in 3 instalments with Klarna: available at the time of ordering
Payments are secured and encrypted by our approved payment service provider.
Products are delivered to mainland France as well as to all member countries of the European Union. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but the maximum delivery time may not exceed 30 days from validation of the order. In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer has the option of terminating the contract under the conditions and procedures set out in Article L 216-2 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).

Fun-Esports reserves the right to refuse deliveries to certain public places where security cannot be guaranteed.
Responsibility for the address: The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will be payable by the customer.
Transfer of ownership takes effect as soon as the order is validated by Fun-Esports, regardless of the delivery date.
The customer has 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may use the withdrawal form attached in Appendix I or any other clear statement expressing their wish to withdraw. The form may be sent by post or by email to the contact details provided above.
The products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects:
The customer must inform Fun-Esports in writing in the event of a defect or non-conformity.
Data collection: Personal information is collected for order processing (name, address, email, banking data).
Use of data: Fun-Esports uses personal data solely for the performance of the contract.
User rights: Customers may, at any time, access, modify or delete their personal data by contacting Contact@fun-esports.com
The content of the website https://www.fun-esports.com is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. The customer may also use mediation or the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform:
