Fun-Esports ships orders to mainland France, Germany and the European Union: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

- Germany: 6,90 €
- European Union: 6,90 €
Shipping costs — all other products
- Mainland France: 4,90 € — free from 50 € of purchases
- European Union: 4,90 € — free from 50 € of purchases
- Germany: 6,90 € — free from 50 € of purchases

Delivery times
Orders are shipped within 10 to 15 working days on average. In accordance with article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the maximum delivery time is set at 30 days from the validation of the order.
Order tracking
All our shipments are tracked. The carrier is chosen according to the destination and the size of the parcel. The tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
VAT and customs duties
All prices shown are inclusive of tax, French VAT included. No customs duties or additional taxes apply on receipt within the European Union.
Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel is damaged on arrival, please send us your claim together with photographs within 5 working days to Contact@Fun-Esports.com. After this period, no claim for damage can be taken into account.
If your parcel has not been delivered, contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier and proceed with a reshipment or a refund depending on its outcome.
