Giving Garen keycaps to someone who really plays
Finding a gift for a League of Legends player is often a puzzle: they already have the game, they have their skins, and yet another mug featuring their main will end up at the back of a cupboard. A keycap set changes things, because it is seen and touched in every game.
Why it hits the mark
- It gets used: the 12 keys replace the ones the left hand never leaves.
- No duplicates: nobody buys a second set of keycaps by accident.
- Easy to install alone: the puller is in the box, no tools needed.
The only thing to check before giving it
The person's keyboard must be mechanical, with MX cross stem switches — Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh or Outemu. A discreet glance at their desk, or a casually taken photo, and the question is settled. That is the only requirement.
Demacia on the desk
A gift is also judged by the eye. Deep royal blue, ceremonial gold, banner white and brushed steel gray: the Might of Demacia's outfit suits a dark keyboard, where it stands out without shouting. PBT with DYE-SUB printing keeps its design over time, which matters for an item meant to last in the recipient's hands.
If their favorite champion isn't Garen
The same ceremonial gold spirit can be found in the Leona keycaps. For a mineral, more understated style, the Malphite keycaps do the job, and the Darius keycaps go for a distinctly more martial tone.
What we are often asked
What if the person doesn't know how to install them?
Installation is done by hand, keycap by keycap, without taking anything apart. Even without experience, it is done in a few minutes.
Can I give this set to someone who plays other games?
Of course. The keys are not tied to any game: they remain ordinary keys, simply dressed in the champion's colors.
Discreet packaging, 12-key set and puller in the box.

Garen, the steel of Demacia
Garen opens the champion list and, very often, the first game: the soldier of Demacia, the spinning sword, the heavy armour, no secrets in his kit. The set takes his colours — royal blue and silver, the gold of the Hand of Demacia, the white of the cape. A cool, highly legible palette that is not chasing an effect, and that is exactly what makes it an easy gift: you can give it to someone whose game you know without knowing their taste, because it clashes neither with a black keyboard nor with a plain desk. The toplaner who likes things square will find his champion again; everyone else will simply see a good blue.
Before you gift it: three things to check
A keycap set is not a jumper size, but three things are worth knowing before you wrap it. One: it needs a mechanical keyboard with MX cross-stems (Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu). Lift a key on the recipient's keyboard; if the stem forms a cross, you're fine — not membrane, not low profile, not a proprietary stem. Two: the profile is OEM, the most common on the market, and each key stays on the row it was cut for. Three: there is nothing to install, fitting is done by hand with the puller supplied, without glue or soldering, and undone just as fast. The caps are PBT, a hard plastic that does not go shiny, and the artwork is dye-sublimated (DYE-SUB).
What the parcel does not contain
Best to spell out what you are giving, to avoid disappointment on unwrapping: twelve keycaps, not a keyboard. The recipient must already own one, mechanical and with MX cross-stems. Nor is it a full set of keys: twelve caps cover one area, WASD or the ability keys, and the rest of the keyboard keeps its original keys. They do not light up either: PBT is opaque, the light from the switch passes around the key rather than through the blue. And it is not a licensed product but an illustration inspired by the League of Legends universe, with no connection to the game's publisher.
What this set contains

Frequently Asked Questions
Which keyboards will these keycaps fit?
Mechanical keyboards whose switches have an MX cross-stem: Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu. Checking takes ten seconds: pull off one cap and see whether the stem forms a cross. Keyboards with a membrane, with low profile keys or with a proprietary stem are out of scope.
What exactly do you get?
12 keycaps together with a keycap puller, the tool used to lift the caps already in place. The recipient's keyboard format (60 %, TKL or full size) is not an issue, since the twelve keys sit freely in the central area.
Will the blue last?
Yes, because printing is done by dye sublimation (DYE-SUB): the dye penetrates the plastic instead of sitting on the surface, so there is no layer to chip. PBT also avoids the sticky sheen that ABS keys take on after a few hundred hours.
What does the artwork show?
The motifs play on Demacian imagery: steel armour, royal blue, gold highlights, the clean line of a champion with nothing mysterious about him. It reads immediately, with no tiny details to decipher up close, which helps when the set is going to someone who does not yet know the game's universe well.
Is it a good set for someone new to mechanical keyboards?
Yes, on one condition: their keyboard must really use MX stems. The rest holds no traps, since there is no software, no soldering and no settings, and the whole thing is reversible in a few minutes if the result disappoints. As OEM is the most common profile, typing habits do not change.
Is this an official League of Legends product?
No. The set carries an illustration inspired by the League of Legends universe and is not a licensed product; it has no connection whatsoever with the game's publisher. They are keycaps, nothing more.
Why buy here rather than on a marketplace
It is a fair question. Here is the answer, straight.
Every listing is checked before publication: key material, profile, stem type, number of keys, box contents. Many sets never make it into the catalogue.
A question about compatibility with your keyboard, a missing key, a return: you write, a human replies within 1 business day. In French.
The 2-year legal warranty of conformity is handled by us — not by a form on the other side of the world. And 14 days to change your mind, with no need to justify yourself.
We do not claim to be the cheapest. We claim that you will know exactly what you are buying before you pay.
