Kha'Zix, the Void on twelve keycaps
Kha'Zix hunts alone: a jungler who evolves with every kill and tracks the isolated target. The set takes the colours of the Void, saturated purples and cold magentas over a dark, almost chitinous base - a rare range on a keyboard where red and blue usually dominate. It sits naturally with a black case and steady purple lighting; next to pure white it looks more aggressive still. This is a theme for the player who spends the game in the jungle, watching camps and timers, and who wants a block of keys that looks like nothing else on the desk.
The grain of PBT under your fingers
You notice PBT with your finger before your eye: harder and drier than the ABS fitted as standard on most keyboards, it gives a less slick surface than the factory plastic, the one that turns slippery with use. That same character is why it does not pick up the sticky shine of the most-typed keys. The pattern adds nothing to that feel: dye-sublimation (DYE-SUB) spreads the dye inside the material, and your fingernail meets no ridge where the legend sits. That leaves mounting: MX cross-stem (Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu), OEM profile with one height per row, fitted by hand with the supplied puller, reversible.
What this set does not take from the insect
A drawn carapace does not make a carapace in relief: the surface stays that of a keycap, with the pattern spread inside the material rather than moulded on top. Nor is the set a keyboard: 12 keycaps for one area, the other rows keep their keys, and the mechanical keyboard must already be there. No compatibility with membrane, low-profile keys or a proprietary stem. No light shining through either, since PBT is opaque. And this is an illustration inspired by the League of Legends universe, not a licensed product.

Will this set fit my keyboard?
Only mechanical keyboards with an MX cross-stem qualify: Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu. Pull off a keycap and look at the switch stem: a cross, and the set clips on. A keyboard with a membrane, with low-profile keys or with a proprietary stem cannot take them.
What's in the box?
12 keycaps and a keycap puller. The rest of the keyboard keeps its caps: jungle players often put the Kha'Zix keys on WASD and the ability keys, where the hand returns without looking. Keyboard format (60%, TKL, full-size) makes no difference.
How should these keys be cleaned?
A slightly damp microfibre cloth, no harsh products. The pattern does not wear away: dye-sublimation (DYE-SUB) spreads the dye inside the material rather than laying it on top. And PBT does not take on the sticky shine that appears on heavily used ABS keys.
Is the surface textured in relief?
No, and that is a common assumption with an insect theme: the carapace is drawn, not moulded. Your finger meets the surface of a PBT keycap, drier and less slippery than the original ABS, but flat. Your fingernail feels no ridge at all where the legend is.
Do the details show on keys this small?
A keycap is only a few millimetres across: a busy theme reads first as a mass of colour, here the purples of the Void on a dark base, then reveals its detail close up. That is why the set works better placed as one block than scattered to the four corners of the keyboard.
Is this an official League of Legends product?
