Game Gear screen lens: a readable screen behind new glass
The screen lens of a Game Gear gets scratched, cracked or yellowed over the years, and the picture suffers. This pack replaces the original window with a new glass lens, with a black or white frame. Two lenses per pack: one for the console, one spare.
What it does
- Glass instead of plastic: the surface resists scratches better than a plastic window.
- Two lenses per pack: a spare in case one breaks during fitting.

What it does not do
- It does not repair the screen itself: a faint or internally scratched screen stays that way.

The job: making the screen readable
A scratched lens blurs the picture far more than you would think. Warm the old one gently to peel it off, clean the recess, then fit the new one with thin adhesive. In a few minutes, the console has a clear window again.
The part: glass, in the original format
These glass lenses match the dimensions of the original window, with a black or white frame. The pack contains two: enough to start again if the first fitting does not satisfy you, or to equip a second console.
