Description complète
Super Pocket: a handheld console with built-in games that also reads Evercade cartridges
The Super Pocket is the handheld console from HyperMegaTech, the brand behind the creators of Evercade. Each edition carries 14 to 50 games licensed from a single publisher — Taito, Atari, Technōs, Data East, NEOGEO, RARE or Activision — on a 2.8-inch IPS screen. Its Evercade cartridge slot also opens up the whole cartridge library of the range.
What it does
- Built-in games: 14 to 50 depending on the edition, licensed from the publisher.
- Evercade cartridge slot: compatible with the cartridges of the Evercade range.
- 2.8-inch IPS screen: 320 × 240 resolution.
- USB-C charging: cable supplied; more than 4 hours of battery life stated on the Taito, Atari and Technōs editions.

What it doesn't do
- No TV output is stated: you play on the console's screen.
- Evercade cartridges are sold separately.
- The built-in games are set by the edition: they cannot be swapped from one edition to another.
- The Capcom edition is not offered here.

One publisher, one console
Each Super Pocket is dedicated to one publisher: Taito arcade, Atari consoles, Technōs beat'em ups, Data East games, NEOGEO classics, RARE games or the 1980s Activision catalogue. The design takes the publisher's colours, and the games are supplied under licence inside the machine.
The cartridge slot that changes everything
The built-in games are only a starting point. The cartridge slot takes the cartridges of the Evercade range, each of which gathers several licensed games. A single handheld console thus gives access to the whole Evercade library, as you build up your collection.
Play legally, with nothing to download
No files to hunt for, nothing to set up: everything that runs on the Super Pocket is licensed, whether built in or on a cartridge. That is why it sits in our official and legal retro gaming section.
