Description complète
Protecting the AYN Thor: the hinge and the screens first
A clamshell handheld travels badly when loose: the hinge takes the knocks, the two panels rub against each other and the grips get scratched at the bottom of a bag. This accessory range brings together the protection designed for the format of the AYN Thor: grip case, carry bag, wrist strap and microfibre pouch. Each item number corresponds to one article sold on its own.
What it does
- Dedicated cut-outs: the accessories are cut for the AYN Thor chassis, not for a generic handheld console format.
- Protected transport: the carry bag and the pouch avoid direct contact between the console and the rest of your bag.
- Several finishes: the case-type protection comes in white, black and grey.
What it doesn't do
- This is not a bundle: one item number bought corresponds to a single article. The case, the carry bag, the wrist strap and the pouch are not supplied together.
- The AYN Thor console is not included, and no games are supplied.
- No protection of this kind guarantees that the console will survive a fall onto a hard edge, nor does it make the console waterproof.
- The variant labels still use the manufacturer's codes (thorSNB, thorDWB/SNB, thor/GS): their translation is being checked.
Compatibility
Designed for the AYN Thor clamshell handheld console only. These accessories are not intended for the other AYN models (Odin, Loki), nor for clamshell handhelds from other brands such as the Miyoo Flip: the dimensions and the cut-outs do not match.
Skill level required
None. No disassembly, no soldering, no tools: the case clips or slips on, the carry bag and the pouch are used as they are. Allow less than a minute to fit.
In the box
- 1 accessory corresponding to the item number selected.
- No console, no games, no cable.

A clamshell console travels badly unprotected
The AYN Thor folds two screens onto each other, and that is exactly what makes it fragile on the move. The hinge absorbs every bit of pressure put on the bag, and the smallest speck of dust caught between the two panels eventually leaves a mark. Dedicated protection settles the problem up front, before the first scratch rather than after.
Accessories cut for this chassis
A generic handheld console case does not suit a clamshell format: it either leaves the hinge exposed or stops the console from closing. The items on this page are cut for the Thor's chassis, with the openings in the right places. Each item number corresponds to a specific article, chosen at the time of ordering.
What we do not promise
A soft shell and a carry bag protect against rubbing, small knocks and everyday dust. They do not turn the console into an unbreakable object and do not make it waterproof. We would rather write it here than let you find out. Page checked on 19/08/2026, in stock in France, reply within 1 business day.

Frequently Asked Questions
🎮 Which console do these accessories fit?
The AYN Thor, the clamshell handheld with two screens. They are not intended for the Odin, the Loki or clamshell handhelds from other brands.
📦 Do I receive the whole range at once?
No. Each item number corresponds to a single article: you receive the protection you chose, not the case + carry bag + wrist strap set.
🕹️ Is the console included?
No, these are accessories sold on their own. The console and the games are not included.
🔧 Do you have to take the console apart to fit the protection?
No. No disassembly, no soldering, no tools: it is fitted by hand in less than a minute.
🎨 Which colours are available?
The case-type items are offered in white, black and grey. The storage items follow the manufacturer's colour.
🛡️ Does it protect against a fall?
These accessories cushion rubbing and the small knocks of transport. They do not guarantee that the console will survive a fall onto a hard edge, and they do not make it waterproof.

⚖️ What guarantee applies?
2-year legal guarantee of conformity. 14-day returns. French customer service, reply within 1 business day.
